Cathy McDaniel - Education Director

  Cathy McDaniel has been recognized as a subject matter expert in Georgia real estate training. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry she has authored more than 145 training manuals, met more than 90,000 real estate practitioners, has conducted more than 1,000 live continuing education classes since 2007 and she endorses the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling. She has been a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association since 2007. Cathy received the 2016 GREEA “Outstanding New Program Course” for her Pre and Post Housing Counseling Specialist curriculum and was their “2008 Educator of the Year.”  

Michelle Pettway

Michelle is a licensed REALTOR®, Associate Broker and Team Leader of her Team Office, Michelle Pettway and Associates, and PalmerHouse Properties. She is a member of the DeKalb Association of REALTORS® where she has served on the Board of Directors and currently serves as President for the DeKalb Network of the Women's Council of REALTORS®.  In 2014, she received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the DeKalb Chapter of WCR. Michelle offers Georgia Real Estate Salesman Pre-License and Broker courses for both Georgia and Florida along with Social Media classes.

Vicky Samuel

 Vicky Samuel holds her Bachelor Degree and Financial Planning certification from Oglethorpe University.  She’s a Certified Housing Counselor and Georgia (202215) licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. She culminates these talents and education into her passion for “Successful Homeownership by Managing the Costs of Life.”

Vicky shares the “Big Picture” vantage point of financial decisions beyond the basic needs of shelter, food and clothing to include having an emergency account, college and retirement savings, debt management, and credit understanding and its long-term impact.  She conducts home buyer and owner workshops and 3- and 6-hour CE courses at the Atlanta Training Center.

Carl Seale

 In 2002, Carl became a Licensed Real Estate Instructor. Carl has taught in Continuing Education/Real Estate Pre-License for Oglethorpe University, Gwinnett Technical College, and now for Barney Fletcher Schools. He has also taught New Agent Training for several companies; Continuing Education for License Renewal; and is a member of Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. With over 31 years as an active agent and broker, Carl brings exciting experience as a Pre-License Instructor.  

Mario Di Domizio

Mario has been licensed since 1999 and brings not only experience with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors to the table, he offers practical insight into his methods regarding his instruction sessions. His material is applicable in every day situations that reoccur over and over in the Real Estate Industry. He proudly and enthusiastically presents the classes he created which contain two of the most challenging subjects in Real Estate - "How To Tactfully And Effectively Deal With Unrealistic Buyers" and "How To Tactfully And Effectively Deal With Unrealistic Sellers"! 

Rhonda Morgan

Rhonda has been in the real estate industry since 2000. She is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Metro Atlanta in Decatur, GA. She currently serves as the Team Leader of The Morgan Home Team. 

Rhonda is the Atlanta Training Campus Advance instructor for the Trio Lease-to-Own Financing Program throughout Georgia.

Sheila Coleman

Shelia Coleman is owner and Broker-in-Charge of The Vine Realty Group, LLC  in Lawrenceville, GA. She entered into the real estate industry in 2000. From Corporate relocation, commercial listings, her own exclusive luxury clientele and expansion into other areas of the industry enabled her to grow her business, producing over $15 million in sales.. Today Sheila teaches our basic course for the Trio-to-Own Financing Program throughout Georgia.  

Kenneth Lee - TRIO

 Kenneth's professional experience has been quite diverse giving him a unique perspective in the residential, commercial real estate and lending industry. Starting in 2002 as a Loan Officer working his way to Mortgage Banker/Branch Manager, real estate agent and investor as the funding environment has evolved, the opportunity to learn and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions, lending guidelines, home values, lending laws; has presented itself affording him tenure and experience. Kenneth is the TRIO-Lease-Own Program Representative in Georgia.

Sharon E. Wilson, B.Th

Sharon E. Wilson is the author of "Heaven's Divine Administration" and  Biblical Numbers". She earned her  Bachelor of Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology, Columbus, GA, 2003 . As a member of the school, she will be offering studies for pastoral, counseling, evangelism, teaching to enrich one's personal spiritual life and strengthen the local church's ministry. 

Jackie Brown

Jackie is a published author, Creator, Host and Executive Producer of “It’s Up To You!”, TV Talk Show, and owner of Jackie Brown Productions & Publishing, LLC.,  When she’s not writing, filming, or producing, you might find her inspiring others speaking or emceeing at workshops or conferences.  

Jackie is a Leader of Leaders with her focus in the market place, educating and empowering women and men, young and old, to become their best self-expression!  As a seasoned Associate Real Estate Broker and Investor, Jackie understands the importance of being at the right place at the right time.  Using media as a brand extension in today’s market is a way to stand out from the crowd, give yourself that competitive edge, and allow you to create an additional stream of income!  Jackie is excited to help you grow your networth by extending your network!

Tamara Gatson

Gatson Training Associates (GTA) was founded in 2007 by a local insurance agency owner, Tamara Gatson. Tamara received her Bachelor degree from Georgia State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Keller University. She currently holds five insurance licenses, a registered real estate appraisal license. She is an active member of National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) and Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA).  

Tamara will be offering Pre-License Property & Casualty Insurnace courses at ATC. 

Greg Martin

Greg Martin entered the real estate business as a licensed agent in the 1990s after leaving a 20 year corporate marketing and sales career with several Fortune 100 companies.

Greg sold high-end custom homes for Colonnade Custom Homes, a division of John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods and was Sales Manager for a large real estate office for Northside Realty prior to opening his ERA office in 2002 with his partner, David Moody. Greg procured and has successfully managed ERA Sunrise Realty’s HUD Listing Broker contract since 2004.   

In addition to running the real estate brokerage Greg hosted a weekly real estate radio talk show called “House Talk”, is part owner of a title company and is the owner and school director of The Real Estate Productivity Center, fulfilling his passion to improve the knowledge and professionalism of the real estate industry.
